What Orea stores

Orea stores your account profile, credit balance and history, generation status, the portrait you upload, and the generated result. We use this information to authenticate you, provide the editing service, prevent duplicate charges, and help diagnose failures.

Images and AI processing

Your selected image is sent to OpenAI only to perform the edit you request. Inputs and outputs are stored in a private Supabase bucket and are never placed in a public gallery. Signed image links expire.

Retention and deletion

The initial retention target is 30 days for generated image files. Account and credit records may be retained longer for security and accounting. Contact support to request deletion while in beta.

Service providers

Orea uses Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for authentication, database, and private storage, OpenAI for requested image processing, and Slack for a minimal operational notification when the ChatGPT editor is opened. That notification does not include your photo, chat content, email address, or Orea account identifier.

Your choices

You may stop using Orea, revoke the ChatGPT connection, or ask us to delete your account and stored images. We do not sell your images or use them to create a public profile.
