Orea is currently in beta. If an image is stuck, a credit was not refunded, or you need an account deleted, share the account email, approximate time, and generation status—never send your password or API keys.

Before contacting support

• Refresh the editor and check Recent edits.
• Confirm the image is JPEG, PNG, or WebP and under 10 MB.
• For ChatGPT connection issues, disconnect and reconnect Orea.
